If you're not happy with your Coziva product, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund — as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't working properly, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. No need to ship anything back.
